The homiday home "Tilia" is a former winegrower house. It is located at the “Alte Wachauerstrasse”, in Groisbach, between Wilendorf and Aggsbach-Markt and was completely renovated in 2006.

The beautiful prospect to the castle-ruin Aggstein is unusual.

The house is and consists of a living room with group of seats and adining corner, a bedroom with double bed (140x200), a kitchen, a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet, in the 1st floor there is a further bedroom with 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher). Washing machine and irons are available.

On the back of the house is a slope garden with stone attachment, flower patches and jumping wells.

Under the trees is a shadowed seating place with grill corner.
